Can't forward a US virtual number to another Country

Same problem over here. Are they just focusing quantity over quality only? 🙁
Poor customer support as well.

Same here. I am in Chile and set up a number in LA-USA, asked a friend there to call me. He told me phone rang but no answer. I tried several options with call forward and softphone, app installed and uninstalled but no results anyway.

The same happened with me, I make a call I got a ringing and no incoming call on my phone, I also called a friend in US but no oncoming call, I think there is a problem or it doesn't work.

I tried doing the same to a Venezuelan number and I couldn't receive anything, also incoming calls appear in "Call Activity"

It is plain and simple scam. No free lunch! I, m outta this time wasting exercise.
